The gym is a major source of anxiety for me
Illogically I always assume I’m being judged the second I set foot in there. But that stems from my own judgmental nature and the fact that I’m not 100% secure in my own body. But I think it’s time that I face my anxiety and hopefully eliminate it eventually. So it’s time for my to just stop saying I’m going to work out and go throw on some old clothes and get my butt to the gym before my next class. Wish me luck.
